Refund Policy

1. What We Sell

WellVia offers paid services to IV therapy providers, including featured listing placements and enhanced provider profiles. This policy applies to all purchases made through well-viahealth.com.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • 7-day refund window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if your listing or featured placement has not yet gone live on the site.
  • Technical errors: If a billing error resulted in a duplicate charge or incorrect amount, we will issue a full refund promptly upon verification.
  • Service not delivered: If WellVia is unable to fulfill the purchased service within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases where the listing or featured placement has already gone live and been active for more than 7 days
  • Requests to cancel mid-subscription period (access continues until the end of the paid period)
  • Dissatisfaction with the number of leads, calls, or bookings generated — WellVia provides directory exposure only and does not guarantee specific outcomes
  • Listing removal due to violation of our Terms of Service

4. Subscriptions & Renewals

Recurring subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Refunds will not be issued for charges that have already processed at the time of cancellation.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@well-viahealth.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your name and business name
  • The email address used to purchase
  • The date of purchase
  • The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent removal from the WellVia platform.
